PALE ALE - A clash between a traditional English Pale ale and an American Pale Ale. Hop forward, but balanced with pleasant maltiness. East Kent Goldings and Fuggles lay the hop foundation with Simcoe and Citra taking the front seat on the majority of the flavor and aroma. Big blasts of citrus followed by malt flavors and some other earthy hop flavors.
