We specialize in serving delicious Japanese grilled skewers. Our process starts with a meticulous selection of high-quality ingredients, including succulent pieces of chicken, beef, shrimp, vegetables, and seasonings. These ingredients are then expertly skewered onto bamboo sticks and grilled to perfection over a yakitori grill using binchotan charcoal. We ensure that the skewers are evenly cooked, resulting in tender and juicy bites.
