Sweet Stout. 4.9% ABV. 30 IBU.
Brewed with Lactose. A combination of milk and dark chocolate with a touch of roasted barley round off the flavor profile of the full-bodied stout that can be poured with a billowing, creamy head.
Nut Brown Ale. 5% ABV. 27 IBU.
Our take on a classic with nutty, roasted notes combined with mild fruity esters. This is one that we brewed as much for ourselves as we did for our patrons.
Hefeweizen. 5.5% ABV. 12 IBU.
Everything we personally love about a style we cherish. Mashed to help reduce the banana flavor profile; this Hefeweizen features heavier clove and citrus notes that finishes dry and with those notes still lingering on the palate.
German-Style Lager. 5.7%% ABV. 20 IBU.
Lagered for 5 months, this refreshing lager sits somewhere between a Munich Helles and a Festbier with a drier finish than either. Super malty backbone with some great floral notes from the Hallertau Mittlefruh hops. We figure a great way to finish out the summer.
Blonde Ale. 6.3%% ABV. 24 IBU.
Brewed to be a bit stronger than your standard blonde ale; this easy-drinker features a very clean, malt forward flavor with some hop-derived floral notes kissing the palate and a refreshing, crisp & dry finish.
Hazy IPA. 7.4%% ABV. 16 IBU.
Juice, juice and more juice. Brewed with Azacca, Mosaic, El Dorado and Nelson Sauvin hops; this hazy has an amazing aroma & flavor that blends pineapple, berries, tropical fruit and a hint of grapes. Goes down way too easy for a 7.4% IPA. We hope you enjoy this one as much as we do.

Russian Imperial Stout. 10.4% ABV.
Conditioned in a stainless tank for over 4 months, this high ABV stout is dangerously delicious with flavors of toffee, raisins and dark fruit backed by a subdued roasted malt flavor with traces of coffee and dark chocolate. A great sharable stout or one to keep for yourself and drink through an evening, exploring the depth of flavors as the bottle warms up slightly.
Belgian-Style Witbier. 7.6% ABV.
This was a fun one; the core recipe is a straight-forward Wit, brewed with a heavy wheat malt bill, coriander and curacao orange peel. Then we went a little crazy with our whirlpool additions of lemon and blood orange zest, blood orange chunks, chamomile and hibiscus flowers. To top it all off we added a large amount of orange blossom and wildflower honey during fermentation. The result is an amazing, peachy-rose colored, slightly tart blend of floral, honey and citrus flavors that finishes dry with a touch of earthy, tea-like bitterness. This one goes down easy, especially on a hot day.
Double Maple Porter. 8.8% ABV. 41 IBU.
Brewed with real maple, coffee and whole Madagascar vanilla beans. We're really proud of the flavor profile here: deep complexity with a nose of fresh maple syrup that gives way to roasted coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla and subtle hints of dark fruits.
Double India Pale Ale. 9.9% ABV. 84 IBU.
This is complexity in simplicity. Brewed in the style of a traditional India Pale Ale with only East Kent Goldings and then generously dry-hopped with Citra. Deep malt forward flavor that begins to cusp on the edge of a Barleywine. Nose of peaches, mango and melon with earthy hop bitterness showing itself at the end.
